I know the delivery times are long but I understand why as it’s gotta clear customs and all of that. All in all, I got exactly what I ordered. It safely arrived and I’m in love with this product. so far so good. this thing works really well just be careful not to overfill it. it does not like that at all. Lol. my wife put just a little bit to much litter and it almost stripped out the drive motor so just be cautious and follow the instructions and you will be impressed with it. I know i was. And no more scooping nasty cat litter.
