Fully charged before activation: Use the original magnetic cable (DC5V/1A) to charge for about 2 hours, and when the red light turns green, it will be fully charged.

Power on mode: Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds. When you hear a “beep” sound and the RGB lights flash, the power is successfully turned on.

📱 APP binding and core function settings

Download the official app: Scan the device QR code or search for “Graffiti Smart” to download (compatible with iOS/Android).

Binding device: The default password is the last 6 digits of IMEI. After logging in, immediately change the password to ensure security.

Activate the electronic fence: Define the area in the “Safe Zone” section of the app, activate the alarm notification (supports SMS/phone reminders), and prevent pets from getting lost.

Health monitoring settings: Set daily exercise goals for pets on the “Exercise” page, and view real-time health data such as step count and sleep quality.

⚠️ Prevention of high-frequency issues

Positioning delay? Ensure that the device is in an open area (avoiding basements/dense buildings) and check the SIM card signal strength.

Is the power consumption too fast? Select power-saving mode (low positioning frequency) in the app, with a battery life of up to 7 days; Simply switch performance mode during real-time tracking.

Is the app unresponsive? Restart the mobile network or update the app to the latest version.

Do not use non original chargers to avoid battery damage.

Automatic shutdown during charging is a normal phenomenon, and it can be turned on for use after being fully charged.

Please turn off the device if not in use for a long time to extend the battery life.
